HI-TEC NOT SO Hi-Tech!
I love Hi-Tec but I am very disappointed with the speed of wear and tear on their kiddies velcro tennis shoes. My daughter plays tennis and is on the court for 45min twice a week.
Between September - October, we have bought two pairs, costing R600 a pair due to wear and tear under the sneakers. For a sneaker that is meant for tennis, it is really disappointing. I will share the images on my social media accounts and the school's whatsapp group, very disappointing. Obviously spending R600 a month on a kiddies sneakers is not sustainable and will now have to consider other brands. Really Disappointing!!!

He was very understanding of my concern and explained to me where things could have gone wrong.
A likely reason for the quick wear and tear is that I purchased a shoe that is not specifically designed for hard-court tennis activities. He provided me with product advice and a few recommendations for when my daughter's shoe size increases.
Above all, he was very helpful and made follow-up calls to assist me with a replacement pair.
Whilst I was frustrated, requesting assistance on product knowledge from store employees when I purchased the pair, would have made a world of difference.
Hi-Tec is not only "Hi-Tech" but their customer service is also exceptional.
I take back my words - it's a thumbs up from me!!!!
