Hi-Tec Happy Customer
Thank you to the customer care of Hi-Tec, especially Rudi who sorted my query. CourierIt delivered a wrong parcel to me and on 18th November I logged a query with Hi-tec as my parcel was being returned back to them. Rudi answered my email in a few minutes, On the 26th November 2024, I received my parcel. Thank you Rudi for you prompt responce. You are a star
