Hi-tec great response

I wrote a complaint regarding very slippery Hi-tec hiking boots last week on this forum. I am happy to say that Chris from Hi-tec called me and went out of his way to arrange for me to exchange my boots in Pietermaritzburg as I am in quite a remote area. Hi-tec you have once again shown me that being a loyal supporter of your brand is worth it as you come through when an issue occurs. Thanks Chris for your jokes and good service.
