Hi-Tec for the win!!!

What an awesome experience and great company to deal with. What started out as a complaint ends with a massive compliment! I explained that I have been a loyal supporter of the company for over 20 years and did not just want to exchange the product, but discuss the quality etc. After I, being very ****y, requested my complaint sent to the CEO, I received a personal call from Mr. Mickey Mallet. Discussed my situation and decided the best solution was to not only exchange, but upgrade my purchase. He personally arranged with the shop closest to me for the exchange and I received a call from Tevan before I even left home, just to confirm if they have the right size in stock. I was so impressed and happy, I bought a new pair of shoes, together with my upgraded pair. Marcell, Mickey and Tevan, well done and thank you for a great experience, I will remain a Loyal supporter!
