Hi-tec Exceeded expectations

I bought 2 pairs of Hi-tecs from Bash in Jan and a few weeks back I noticed there were cuts in the one shoe and the stitching came loose on the other. Hi-tec has always been a durable and heavy duty shoe so I was disappointed and contacted Bash who refused to help me. Then I contacted Hi-tec and from day one they helped me and arranged for a store of my choice to have the shoes replaced. When I got to the Tygervalley store yesterday the consultant(Mohamed) took me through all the shoes for my needs and I selected 2 pairs to replace. The amount came to more than what the customer service consultant(Rudi) from head office credited me with and I was willing to pay it but Rudi waved the cost and I walked out with brand new, better shoes. Hi-tec you have retained a customer for life now. Big ups to Rudi from head office and Mohamed from Tygervalley.
