Hi-Tec Boots sole failure

I had Hi-Tec Boots, of which the soles came apart / delaminated. This had happened over a period of time but not due to misuse. I placed my concerns on record with messes Hi-Tec and added clear photographs of the issue. Well, was I pleasantly surprised with the very professional response and service, these people at Hi-Tec really have their act together Notwithstanding, a little "backwards and forwards" the end result was extremally satisfactory due to their "no nonsense approach"
