Hi-Tec - beyond customer service

I have been purchasing online from Hi-Tec for a number of years now. Not huge quantities - just for personal use. I have recently had an issue which Chris and the team went WAY beyond the normal to resolve. I don't give 5-star ratings as, in my opinion, there is always room for improvement. In this instance however. This company deserve no less.
