I want to thank Chris at hi-tech and his staff they did a excellent job and are very professional I bought a pair of hi-tec ula sandals at a Rudis shoes in Gezina and with in a day I noticed the pair was faulty and when I took it back they wouldn't help me exchange the faulty pair at Rudis shoes at Gezina and after I got fed up with this store Chris and his team contacted me and understood my unsatisfactory results with Rudis shoes the hi- tec team took it on them self as company to replace my faulty pair of hi-tech sandals and there fore I'm very grateful I want to thank Chris and his team at hi-tech for the support and feedback the handled the situation very professional and friendly hi-tech is the best
