I wish I came here at first to read reviews before ordering. I ordered two pairs of shoes for my kids on black Friday and never got a message about delivery. I sent a message asking when my order will be delivered and was told they had a problem with their system and my order didn't go through correctly and unfortunately, one of the item was not available in the size I wanted but I could pick any other shoe I wanted and was also given 50% off on another future order.

I tried checking online to see if I could get another replacement but only two shoes were left which were the ones I already picked. I opted to change the size to the available one I saw online and again, I'm being told they do not have stock and I have been refunded.

Now, why did you advertise something you know is not available. I feel my order was initially delayed in order for me to lose the discount I got. Being a first time customer, I am so disappointed and the fact that o need to start searching elsewhere for the Xmas gift for my kids.

This is very unacceptable. Just give a full refund and will never cross the path of ordering with you again. I was patient and communicating well with you from the onset but I feel you are not trustworthy enough and seeing other reviews, more work needs to be done.
