I bought a new pair of hi-tec shoes in February 2023 as my previous pair served me for 5 years. After 6 months (August 2023) my new pair was already worn out and looking terrible. After contacting support I had a replacement pair of shoes within 1 business day (I contacted them on a Saturday and this was resolved the following Monday).
