Excellent

The shoes are very comfortable and ordered the wrong size at first. Customer support was excellent and quick in exchanging it for me. Had a small hole in after 2 months, thought it was wear and tear but due to it being in both shoes at the same place it was resorted to a factory fault. Talked to customer support and within 15 mins the courier was here to pick them up. The quality I'll rate a 4 but the customer support I'll rate a 10 out of 5. Thanks alot to Rudi for assisting me on both occasions. Really is a miracle send!
