Excellent after sales service

I bought a new pair of Hi-Tec boots in January and within the first week, I noticed something that I was not too happy with. After about three weeks I saw a card that came with the boots with an Invite from the CEO to send him a mail with comments and questions. I also looked for a local e-mail address and forwarded the mail explaining the problem to the local team. Only 25 minutes later I received a reply from Marcel at Hi-Tec, requesting my shoe size and address offering to replace the boots with a new improved version. Just over a week later the new boots were delivered by courier and the old pair will be collected today. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
