Bad Quality: Disappointment beyond measure.

Dear Hi-Tec,<br> I have been a fan for many years and have bought a pair of your Altitude VI hiking boots for my Kilimanjaro trip end of Nov'15. Ordered it online 2 months ago and took it out for its first test drive this weekend but shockingly after only 5km (yes 5km) I noticed a tear on a seam that developed as we walked. This was on flat gravel road, no climbing, bundu bashing or any activity for which this boot was not designed and manufactured for.<br> I feel it's your legal and ethical responsibility to replace this defective pair and will definitely not settle for a \we are so sorry
