Bad Attitude Hi-Tec

Purchased a pair of Hi-Tec Zanzi brown sandals on 02.07.2015 from a store in the area.....Returned them on Sat/Sun 24th/25th to the supplying store as they had badly cracked through across the ball areas of both feet and had fallen apart under the heel of the right foot....the floor manager said he would speak to their supplier/rep....today (29.10.2015), returned to store and was told that Hi-Tec were not interested in replacing these sandals at all....even though they were only just over 3 months old.....a BIG THANK YOU to Game for refunding me the value of these sandals as their service to me as a customer. Hi-Tec, certainly will not be recommending your products to anybody else and your name USED to be synonymous with quality and good service....sadly, not any more!
