Absolutely great service

<p>I bought a pair of indoor tekkies 6 months ago and on two seams it came loose. I did not have the box or slip anymore and contacted Hi-tec via email. The service i received from Marcel du Plessis and the brand Hi-tec was unbelievable. Following a few mails the faulty pair was picked up and 2 working days later the brand new pair was delivered at my home. I love the brand shoes and will keep on supporting them.
