Misled

I went to hi store vaal mall, to lay buy a phone on the 2nd November. The guy named Benjamin told me they don't do laybuy and recommended payjoy without explaining the T&C and not even telling me payment duration of the phone. The phone cost R7000 and I've already made payment of R5000+ now I'm told my remaining balance is R7450
