Wrong pricing on item

I had a slight problem at Heylo Baywest today with wrong pricing on item. It was originally R55 but prized at R20 and R28 at the back of the item, when I told the workers that I'm not paying more than the price I saw which wa s R20, they phoned the owner and explained to her what happened, she then said that they should check for any foul play on the cameras. This was already insulting to my husband and I because it was as if she thought that we have changed the pricing on the item. We were standing there for about 10minutes with no solution and no item because she refused to give it for R20. I was never this embarrassed before
