No service management

I've been having a hassel with heylo store in baywest, more than a month. Only one lady in store as manager and she refuse to refund me ,yet I have a reciept. She say 14 days expired. What nonsense. No where in store or the reciept state anything of that. How does one get assistance in this kind of situation where the item is not used, but refused a refund
