Bad service

Heylo Baywest has disgusting service 😡🤬

I went in there as a 1st time customer I was quite impressed with the things they sell.

As I was browsing looking for Xmas gifts for kiddies I came across a cute unicorn bag price tag was 25 rand and I grabbed it because I thought it's a bargen other side of the tagg showed 300 but there was a bit of damage to it so I thought they redused the price.

I proceeded to the till to pay when I got there with so much arrogance the cashier told me th le bag is 300 and not 25rand.

I then asked who's fault is that mine or the staff because anyone else would want the bag for that price, she also mentioned it's not the 1st time this happens where the employers marks the stock wrong and I told her exactly so it's not the customer's fault but the staff and they have to take it up with them.

I asked to speak to the manager and I was told the Manger is on lunch, manager walked pass two mins later and was called and just walked pass and proceeded with lunch.

I was disgusted with the staff attitude and service the hole front line was completely rude.

I left with a few things and one of the things was a character watch and wallet for my son, when I got back to the office I opened it because I wanted to put money in the wallet and rap the gift for but when I open the items the watch did not have a back cover and the wallet was torn inside.

I am rather upset about the service as well as the items I PAID FOR 🤬😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡
