Poor quality fabric

About 5 months ago I recovered my couches. The upholsterer used fabric from Hertex fabrics. After a very short time the fabric was full of pulls. I do not have cats or dogs. The couches have been used for normal use. The reasons Charles Lottery gave are unreasonable and impossible. As far as I know I do not have hooks coming out of my back. I did not recover them to look at. I recovered them to sit on. The fabric is of poor quality. The reason I recovered the couches was because the previous fabric had faded....... After 17 years of use in a very sunny room . There were no pulls on the previous fabric. Charles Lotter of Hertex fabrics does not take any responsibility for the poor quality fabric he supp****. His customer service and product are an utter disappointment and I hope this serves as a warning to avoid using Hertex.
