False advertising

Hertex sells carpets from catalogues that completely misrepresents the products and refuses to accept returns if bought on sale, even though the carpet’s colour is nothing like the picture. As a decorator I find this completely unacceptable! There is no ethics and no attempt to ensure their customers receive a product as advertised! I find the lack of service and quality control appalling.
