Zerotel not Herotel

This company should be renamed to Zerotel because you get zero service, my line lags constantly, I am on fibre but it just always lags. This company seems to be sole provider in complexes and estates, I think thats how they stay in business. Next time I move I will check who the ISP is in a particular place and if its this bunch of clowns it will be a deal breaker
