Zerotel are abysmal

Your company should be renamed Zerotel. I have a 75 mbps Herotel synchronous fibre connection and can hardly have two streaming services running or make two streaming calls, or watch streaming video and stream music at the same time. I have complained numerous times over the last 5 months with no long term resolution of our problem. I have emailed your CEO, Van Zyl Botha directly, with no response and no resolution is in sight.
