Zerotel

A minus star would best suit Herotel. It is a useless service provider not mentioning their staff and management. They lack customer service provision and competency. We haven't had fibre for 2 weeks and the call centre fails to dispatch qualified and competent technicians.We've had 4 different technicians come to my house without any resolution to the matter, we constantly have to call and follow up with them. When you call to speak to a supervisors, they are supposedly in a meeting and they never return your call. I am currently paying for a service that is not being rendered. It's absolutely frustrating!!! I wish we could have another service provider come to our rescue.
