Zero Service

Have been sitting without internet since Thursday 14 April. Have phoned various times and logged tickets on the website. Received a call on Saturday that a Technitian will be sent, 3 days later and no Technitian arrived yet. Call centre also of no help they are nit working with dispatch and can’t assist.
