Zero HERO in Herotel

Beyond shocking service from Herotel after years and years of being a loyal customer. My wifi was suspended for being "in arrears" - yet it's the first thing I pay every month. I have gone through my bank statements (for the last 12 months) and everything is up to date yet they cut me off. I work from home (and have since 20222) so my livelihood depends on having internet - but Herotel don't give a damn. They don't respond to emails, their agents are always busy on WhatsApp. Vodacom Fibre here I come
