Worst WIFI service of all times!

I would hereby like to state my deepest regret and disappointment with the service of this company. In the first month when I just got this wifi the connectivity was not as bad but now it's just worse the whole month of October the connectivity was horrible and now the same thing is happening again right in the new month of November, Every single day the wifi is down, the week will not pass or rather even 2days will not pass by with the wifi being down. I am very disappointed with this service because come month's end I need to pay for these inconsistencies at full price with no consideration of how many days we were connected at all.
