Worst service from herotel fiber

In the month of August we had numerous outrageous and this is starting to be a huge inconvenience for working from home individuals. There was an outage that occurs for more then 72hours full and some of us we greatly inconvenienced. Kids couldn't so proper research, I had to make arrangements to go to work and i had an online exams the following day and we still didn't have any wifi. It bores me to know that when my payday for the wifi approaches one is required to pay on that day and no extensions are granted. But why are we not compensated for thr hours we lost that were paid. A mere apology all the time that we have an outage is not good enough. This service is failing us as clients.
