Worst service from any company ever!

We are struggling to just get a technician out to service us. We have experienced some issues with our internet since we switched to them. Every time we log a call with them it takes 5 to 7 days just for the technician to show up. When the technician does show up, they "fix" the problem and leave with about another 4 problems. Which we then need to log a call again and wait another 5 to 7 days. Truely bad service!
