Worst service ever received from a company

I just would like to complain on how bad the company is regarding service. They never phone or send an sms to inform you if there connection at their main supply tower might be down and they also don't have any stand-by technicians available after hours. My wifi has been on/off now for almost a week and every time I have to phone there office for assistance only to still sit with the same problem after the person fixed it over the phone.

I'm currently at the brink of canceling my subscription completely and switching over to Fiber at another service provider seeing I will have less problems going forward.
