Worst service ever

I dont think there are any words to explain how bad this service is. Were struggling now for thtee months to fix my wi fi a service I pay every month but dont get any service. They feel nothing for any person staying in a rural area. All is about money. In my 54 years on this earth it was the worst service I ever received. Dont waste your money on this company. I already cancel my contract and went over to a beter company. You Herotel is a disgrace.
