WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I wish the was stars that actually go into minus!!!!! Herotel is absolutely THE worst internet provider that you will ever experience! After nearly a year with them we have continuous issues with our internet. Paying for a 100/100 service we get 23/6......... Contacted them MULTIPLE times, they don't get back to you as they promise they will. **** excuses. Technicians always saying the same thing over and over again - "I will be escalating your problem" then the problem isn't resolved, EVER!!!! They just don't contact you back. Leave you without internet while you explain to them you work from home! I am sick and tired of Herotel!
