WORST SERVICE

During January 2026 Herotel qas off for several days. They indicated you can claim compensation. For the whole time that they couldn't prove a service they reimburse you with a mere R89.22. No matter how much you had to spend to keep your systems running during the time they couldn't provide a service. Yesterday services was interrupted again without prior notice.
