Worst ISP out there

Herotel is the absolute WORST ISP!!! We currently have a 50mbps line but I still get lag on games and buffering on videos as I did when we had our 4mbps line from Telkom. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Called and emailed them multiple times and they don't reply. At first they used to reply and say they've fixed things but nothing changes. Now they just don't reply. Our whole community is having constant problems with them now for a couple months and no one gets helped. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They will ruin your lives.
