Worst ISP ever!!

Herotel is the WORST ISP!!! We currently have a 50mbps line but still experiencing lag on games and buffering on videos as we did when we had a 4mbps line from Telkom. The first week or two was fine but after that we started having speed issues continuously up until now (3 months straight). At first the customer care email would reply and say they've fixed things but nothing changes, now they just don't reply at all. Our whole community is having constant problems with them and no one is getting helped. Our neighbours have a pole in their yard and are supposed to be receiving 75mbps but their speeds are 2-10 mbps or the internet just doesn't work entirely. After numerous calls and even going to the headquarters to speak to them 2 technicians came out and were so *********** they blamed their devices for being faulty (TV's, phones & laptops apparently all faulty) and couldn't fix the problem. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! You will regret it.
