WORST INTERNET PROVIDER

HIGHLY DISGUSTED!

In my life, I have never had a worse experience with a service provider! Herotel's internet service is down more than it is online, they always have excuses but the problem is never resolved! I work from home and lose income do to their *********** service. I have begged, pleaded, asked nicely, complained etc. and still, receiving the worst internet service ever!!

If we had another provider available, i would GLADLY move over to them!

the entire town is complaining about the shoddy internet, on multiple occasions, and we continue to do so because nothing gets better!

and to top it all, herotel is increasing their service cost AGAIN, yet fail to provide a reliable service!

Who will be compensating me for loss of income due to your inability to provide a proper and promised service yet failing miserably to do so?! Is this even legal as per CPA law????

I would NEVER recommend herotel to anyone ever again. Stay away from this provider as you will regret it!
