Worst internet connection service ever!!!

Herotel is the worst wifi/Fibre company ever lived. Half the time they always having coverage issues,most evenings you can't use it and that's the time to actually do assignments and research but you can't. Well this past week was worse. From Wednesday morning was without internet, there was no coverage. Sent emails but didn't help and their call centre line is a joke! Funny enough though when it's about to expire they are quick to send that communication and cut it off. As a pre-paid customer to them, I pay for what I want to use. I pay R99 for 7 days,well this past week I paid R99 for 2 days (mind you not 2 full days,cos some hours it would be without internet connection). So I basically gave them money for charity. No one cares as long as they are receiving money,that's their bottom line. So frustrated and annoyed by this company. It's a pain being their client.
