WORST INTERNET AN CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR

We pay double what other companies charge and get half the service. Rarely have internet connection, there is nothing less than NO customer service. Even going to the extend to post on social media tagging managers at the company to just help out, they remove themselves from the post and block you on social media. This is the service of Herotel. Call centre agents are completely *********** they can't even tell you what line/package you have. I've been trying to cancel their service for a while now, but no respond whatsoever.
