WORST FIBRE PROVIDERS EVER!!!!!

WORST FIBRE PROVIDERS EVER!!!!! Struggled to change change of payment dates. They expect me to make a payment after they switched off my line, i paid on the 20th of the month and by then my account has been suspended. On the 1st of the next month they expect another payment when i ask for amended invoice to suit my new payment terms i am told i am liable for a full month payment , does a month have 10 days . I must pay full month fee for 10 days service BECAUSE ??? I have asked numerous times to speak to someone to no avail!!! all i get is a screaming email . If you need peace of mind DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY SHAME , ****MERS
