Worst fibre ever

Worst fibre service provider. There’s always loss of signal and their technicians never seem to be able to fix the problem permanently. I don’t know how many times technicians have been to my house to “fix” a wire and we still experience problems. One technician even told me to upgrade to a new router because the old ones are troublesome. Other houses use the old router and don’t experience issues like us.
