Worst experiece - Herotel is a nightmare!

The worst experience ever!!! Have not had any connection since 24/10/2022 and I logged a call. To date, no one has responded to me and I keep calling them and they are telling me that they "apologise", yet i'm still without wifi!!! Their signail is also weak and I asked months back for them to come optimise and still, nothing has happened. I am cancelling this contract - can't take it anymore.
