WORST EVER

i wish i read all the reviews of herotel Worcester before allowing them into my home. They are thee worst internet provider EVER!!! how do you pay for fibre but get the connection like you're using data. Using my phone as a hot spot would give me better connection my fibre does. Im just waiting for my contract to end then they must come fetch this piece of **** they call fibre
