Worst customer service EVER

Worst compony when it comes to call backs, feedback, customer care and customer satisfaction. The technicians are very nice but the call centre responsible for activating the wifi is useless. I have already paid for my wifi package but I am stuck with absolutely no internet "wifi connected without internet". Tech support tells me to restart my router. How many time are you suppose to restart something for them to actually realise its not the router. Extremely unhappy if this isn't fixed tommorow I'm finding another provider.

Almost 2 weeks since I have requested a relocation. Technicians showing up time and time again and no progress is made
