Worst Customer Service

Herotel Potchefstroom - Very disappointed with their service. Asked for upgrade from 50mb to 100mb. Over the phone they said it is going to take a week, fast forward. 4 Weeks later still no upgrade or communication from their side. Logged ticket on their portal but keeps getting removed from their side
