Worst customer care service received

I have logged a call with these people since Thursday morning and they told me they have escalated my request to have the WiFi checked,as I send this review it's Saturday evening I have not received any help since Wednesday evening I cannot watch TV I cannot communicate with family I have a log no,( which was escalated and promised to send technician through today nobody even bothered to call) What kind of customer service is this? Can I have my WiFi fixed please?
