Worst client service ever

Worst service ever. No client service and they are not interested to keep customers happy. We as a business without wifi now twice in a month for a week...had financial year end,payments etc ... When you phone to report problem it can take up to 45 minutes..then they transfer you to scheduling dept...another 45 minutes. I cannot believe that they are still in business...the way it's going now I don't think for long...is management aware of this poor service and turnaround time. We cancelled our contract
