Worst client service

In the past week It was insinuated that I am stupid (by one of their call centre operators) for trying to use their app while their internet is off. The app still doesn't work. Now that I want to cancel, I am made out as a **** for saying that the equipment belongs to myself (while clearly on the original installation Job-Card it stipulates "client used all of his personal equipment), and then for convenience, they leave the "Cancellation reason" out and, where I clearly marked BAD CLIENT SERVICE on the cancellation form.
