Worse service

Worst service provider ever. If you looking for a peace of mind regarding fibre, then look away when coming to Herotel. They are full of excuses and zero accountability. I’m without internet every second month. Same issues that does not get resolved. Every technician blames the previous one. I’d rather go back to Telkom than keep using Herotel. I’d never recommend this to anyone.
