Worse service by Herotel

Really bad bad servive. They steel our money. We pay for a 50mig line but never it was higher than 39mig. It so bad it force me to seek another service provider. But still I have ti pay an month cancelation fee which is oky but the service of Herotel is of the worse in Kroonstad Free State. Sies Herotel I got speed test save on my phone which is not even 10mig but I have to pay money for an 50mig line. And there pole is in my yard which we get nothing for. But they know how to take your money for something they can't provide.
