Worse Service

Herotel is not even 4yrs old in my town and I truly regret ditching my WIFI provider thinking they will be a greener pasture for my family and I. They are always on outage, which takes 1 to 3 days but still the speed is extremely slow, often no coverage. In a month, you can count the number of days where you will have full coverage. I was kids who must attend online tutoring, I work from home but now with their weak service which I buy monthly without fail, I really wonder what am I to do. They created a community group, it is more complains than it is compliments. Kriel is a small town that they can fail to maintain and give customers the best service.
